*To qualify for the Additional Participant rate, participants must be from the same firm and all registration forms must be submitted together, with payment, by the early registration deadline. To received this rate when registering online, registrations must be made in one transaction. Otherwise, registration forms should be sent by mail, fax or email for processing.
**To qualify for the discount rate online, please use the promotional code chicago10 when registering for both conferences. The use of this code is restricted to those registering for BOTH conferences. If the code is used without registering for both conferences, ASPPA staff will contact you to collect the additional fees. The total cost to attend both conferences is $1050.

Confirmation
All attendees will receive an electronic confirmation sent to the e-mail address listed on the registration form. This confirmation/receipt verifies your address information, the event(s) you have signed up for and how much you have paid. Attendees are urged to review their confirmation and print for their records. If you have not received your confirmation within three weeks of registering, please contact the Conferences Department at info@erpaconference.org.
Badges
Attendees registering in advance may pick up their badge and on-site materials at the Registration Desk during conference hours. If you do not check-in at the Registration Desk to pick up your badge, you will be deemed a no-show and continuing education credit will not be issued. No refunds will be given for no-shows. Attendees will not be allowed to pick up other attendee badges/materials.
Cancellation/Change Policy
If a written request for cancellation is received by June 9, 2010, the full registration fee will be refunded minus a $100 processing fee. After June 9, 2010, the registration fee is not refundable, but can be transferred to another individual at any time, even on-site. No refunds will be given for no-shows. Please e-mail info@erpaconference.org to request a refund or make changes to your registration.
Dress Code
Attire at the conference is business casual. Feel free to be comfortable in slacks, polo shirts, sweaters, blazers and blouses. Remember that hotel meeting rooms tend to be cool, so be sure to being a sweater or light jacket.
